car.mod.Grunditz2008 contains the original and was made to match the
suffix and range variables of the Iascone CaH.mod file (not shown)
which it was substituted for.

Quantities/variable names edited:

units (the original CaH.mod had gbar units of S/cm2),
Remove area factor's specific to Grunditz

inf[0] to mInf, tau[0] to mTau, inf[1] to hInf, tau[1] to hTau
change g to gCa, gcabar to gCa_HVAbar
tables already turned off so that parameters can be changed - 
made ica a range variable
