This dir contains the code for 
simulations of circuits of MLIs (Maex & Gutkin 2017).

To reproduce the figures, the code can be run as follows.


Figure 10
> genesis Stell+dend_layer_hines_PC.g

The code is in essence identical to that in
dir Stell+dend_layer_jn
except for 10 inserted Purkinje cells.

The PC is specified in Purkinje_cell.g,
and inserted and connected in
Purk_layer_setup.g.
