Mauthner cell with two pre-synaptic cells, an inhibitory and an excitatory cell (Orr et al 2021)

To study the role of endocannabinoids system in the modulation of social status-dependent zebrafish motor behavior, we constructed a neuronal network, which consists of Mauthner cell with two pre-synaptic cells, an inhibitory cell and an excitatory cell.

Model Type: Neuron or other electrically excitable cell

Cell Type(s): Abstract Morris-Lecar neuron

Currents: I Calcium; I K; I K,Ca

Receptors: Dopaminergic Receptor; Gaba

Transmitters: Endocannabinoid

Simulation Environment: XPPAUT

Implementer(s): Ahn, Sungwoo; Park, Choongseok [cpark at ncat.edu]
