Cardiac arrhythmias associated with enhanced Na+ channel current or I_HERG K_ channel mutations. Genes mutations correlated with Long-QT: KCNQ1, KCNH2, SCN5A, KCNE1, and KCNE2. KCNE1 and KCNQ1 (KvLQT1) co-assemble to form the IKslow channel.
