Mass-action-law based model of GABAB-receptor activation and its effects on GIRK channel and N-type Ca2+ channel activity. The model is simulated as a single compartment model and integrated into multicompartmental models of hippocampal and neocortical pyramidal cells, as well as into presynaptic axon terminals.
